I wish all companies operated in this professional and kind manner. We had a question about our a/c after they left, and Damien came back out without even asking him to. Just wonderful. Sol and his Associates are the best. They will continue to work on a problem until it is fixed, no matter if it takes multiple visits, you will not be sitting around for days with a broken machine because they are "busy". And they check back later, these guys are true to their service goals. Their price may not be the lowest but when you put in the commitment to service, it is a mistake to choose any other.
Called this company in the morning, Damion came out & fixed our existing old unit and gave us the best estimate for an entirely new unit. He was very clear about all the work to be done, warranties...The guys showed up right when they said they would. They were all very polite, clean, hard-working and our A/C is kicking. This is my second review since hiring Quality Control last summer for 24 hour emergency service when the AV quit working. Damion showed up, fixed the AC and I was so impressed with his work ethic that I signed up with Quality Control's maintenance service plan. Later in the fall, Christian came to the my house to tune up and clean the AC. I told him that I wanted a new AC but that it had to be moved away from the backyard because that's where my screened in porch it. We talked in great depth about this possibility of making this happen and since the old AC was still working, he suggested that we wait until the off months when it would be cooler out. He called me in January to ask if I still wanted Quality Control to do the upgrades. I said yes and he came out and gave me an estimate. I scheduled an appointment and the next week, the team (Brian, Damion and Adam) showed up to install a new Tempstar. They also put in new copper wiring under the house, a dust free allergy Gold air filter, a UV light air purifier and a Honeywell Home thermostat. Brian cleaned and repaired the rotted wood in the AC closet as well. The filter had to be ordered and Christian came the next day to install it. I was very happy with the estimate and I was given a discount for having the work done in the off season. Thanks so much Quality Comfort. I trust Quality Comfort and I hope that anyone looking for a reputable AC company will give Quality Control a call! Gail
These guys are true professionals in every sense. I could not be happy with the service they provided. They were not my first choice, however, they certainly will be from now on. I had a horrible experience with very well known AC name in Brevard County, and they completely misdiagnosed my issue due to plain laziness. I was recommend Quality Comfort, from a friend and these guys didn't disappoint. The are trustworthy, honesty, and thorough. They gave in-depth explanation on all aspects of the job. They truly care about the quality of work performed. Damion, Brian, and AJ are FANTASTIC! Stop scrolling down the list on google, and call them.
My first intro came when I let them in to service my neighbor's HVAC. Right from the get-go, I was impressed with Quality Comfort. Ultimately, I hired them to service my HVAC unit & subsequently purchased their Service Contract. My thanks, first to Liz who is your first contact! I love her phone calls keeping me apprised of arrival times! Service Technicians Crystian & Adam are very knowledgeable & efficient! They are patient, caring & explain their work in plain English! I do recommend that you at least give them a chance!
