As one of our HVAC Technicians, you will need to be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure peak system performance. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
✔ 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or HVAC Installer
✔ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
✔ Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
✔ Willingness to crawl under homes and work in hot attics
✔ Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
✔ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to customers in a way they can understand
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
✔ Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new technologies and techniques in the HVAC industry
✔ Ability to handle physically demanding work in a variety of environments
✔ Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism and integrity
