As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems in homes.
✔ 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer
✔ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
✔ Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
✔ Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
✔ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to customers in a way they can understand
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
✔ Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new technologies and techniques in the HVAC industry
